All of a sudden late last week, we can no longer tag our products on Instagram (we can Facebook, but not instagram). Can figure out what changed, and having a horrible time, figuring out what happened and/or who to talk to about this issue.

This app is atrocious. I have orders being made through FB and IG, and they aren't syncing with shopify. I also can't fulfill the orders in FB/IG commerce page because it thinks it's connected to shopify, so the API is blocking fulfillment. The worst is, I had no clue there were orders being made until customers contacted my store. The FB/IG commerce page won't event let me refund the orders because it's waiting shopify to pull them. I disabled the meta channel, but it turned itself back on and caused this cluster. You would think for a billion dollar company, they could get their act right.

Après 1 an d'utilisation avec mon compte FACEBOOK ma boutique a été rejetée sans raison ,vos conseillés ont clairement une langue en bois impossible d'expliquer les choses ,grand mystère surtout que j'ai utilisée l'application de la même manière depuis le début . Le pire c'est d'avoir payée pour trouver 130 abonnés et les perdre par la suite parce que vous bloquez mon compte ,argent perdu ,nouveau compte FACEBOOK re créé et bloqué à nouveau sans raisons et explications .

This app will not install on my store. I've tried multiple browsers, computers, phones, and internet connections. Tried incognito and cache and all the basic "restarting" IT fixes. I go through the whole process and it says it's intalled, and then I immediately get an error saying "there was a problem processing this action" Shopify blames this all on FB and there is no support team to contact at FB to me to resolve this issue.

Useless app. My page is currently suspended just because I tried to use this app. Facebook is good at gossiping business but as far as eCommerce, they're horrible.

From my experience, the facebook integration was clunky from the beginning. It would work on some days, not others. Then not work at all. my products were incorrectly tagged as alcoholic and were not allowed on instagram. instagram tagged my yeast products as alcoholic because they are used to make alcohol. no way to fix it with facebook or instagram and shopify. i called numerous times to shopify, they said contact facebook. I just shut down my instagram/facebook page, and i will figure out another way to sell

I can't connect FB IG Checkout for this reason and there seems no one knows how to solve this. I will appreciate receiving a reply.
Recently converted from the Facebook Store app to this one & I have been trying to add our existing instagram account to the Business Manager, but it's a dead link. The button choices are "ADD" or "CANCEL" & only cancel works. I've clicked on the IG page & every area in the box to see if that was the problem, but still nothing so all our new products are unable to be tagged on our instagram page. I suggest not to convert unless absolutely necessary. If support can email me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely a headache. I had previusly used the old Shopify Facebook Shop App some time ago and has been long uninstalled. However somehow the Commerce ID from that old app is still tied to my Facebook Page. So this new app will not install without removing the old ID. However Meta Support keeps telling me I dont have persmissions to disconnect this old ID and I need to have someone give me full permissions to do so. I have shown them the screenshots showing I have full permissions and yet it still keeps saying I do not have permissions. However they keep getting stuck in thier own flow chart and keep saying I need to ask someone for more permissions.... I am the owner of the company, facebook page, and shopify store. There is noone else capable of giving me any more permissions. I have asked them to tell me who has these magical abilities to give me more permissions, however I get the same flow chart response. It should not be this big of a hassle to install a app on my shopify store and link my Facebook page when it stands to make them money by me doing so.
