It was pretty simple to set up for someone who is not super tech savvy. Instructions were straight to the point.
Changing this review to 4 stars. The issue was taken care of by Robyn in support. It seems the app works, the issue is with Facebook which is very difficult and glitchy to setup. Following Robyn's directions, I was able to get it to work. I give the app 4 stars because I find FB problematic to deal with. This is not the app's fault. If you have trouble accept the offer of support from Shopify and it should work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: App shows in my products as available channel but on my business FB page I see NO products in the catalog. I gave this a few days to possibly load, but it just is not working. I used this app before and it disconnected often. Until this is fixed, it is useless!

I used this app to connect my store to Facebook. It was easy and intuitive. Few steps would be nicer
connecting to facebook seemed pretty straight forward. I would highly recommend it but do make sure you understand and are familiar with the setup on facebook side. It can be overwhelming.
I was surprised to find this app in place of a step shown in the fb screenshots. The original screens included a form field for the Pixel ID. Now, there are many steps and lots and lots of privacy notifications.

This set up was very user friendly and easy to understand. I am kind of computer challenged, so that is very important to me.
