i use this app to help promote my product & create more customers all around Australia it has been great so far
This is generally a good a good application to use for my clothing business. It works smoothly with absolutely no signs of hiccups
Shopify makes it very easy to link all of your accounts across all platforms and helps guide you through the steps to make the process as seamless as possible.

I use the app to do my marketing and sales. I also use the app to promote and advertise my product. It is quite difficult to understand.
All of a sudden late last week, we can no longer tag our products on Instagram (we can Facebook, but not instagram). Can figure out what changed, and having a horrible time, figuring out what happened and/or who to talk to about this issue.

This app is atrocious. I have orders being made through FB and IG, and they aren't syncing with shopify. I also can't fulfill the orders in FB/IG commerce page because it thinks it's connected to shopify, so the API is blocking fulfillment. The worst is, I had no clue there were orders being made until customers contacted my store. The FB/IG commerce page won't event let me refund the orders because it's waiting shopify to pull them. I disabled the meta channel, but it turned itself back on and caused this cluster. You would think for a billion dollar company, they could get their act right.
