It is Good, but keeps getting disconnected. Helps bring sales to the store and all. Not to bad, just the disconnection needs to be fixed
I am finding this extremely difficult to set up - the matter is still not resolved and because the issues are at the Facebook end, Shopify support is unable to fix. Update - Well, Facebook now connected but Instagram rejected .... worth neither the time nor the effort trying to fix - delete the one star. Update 2 - Facebook now disconnected with this message 'Something went wrong when attempting to connect your business manager. Please try again later.' Issues with this App are still not resolved

long process also kind of confusing. Things wasnt organized to easy help set up the facebook store. but I would recommend it to people in near futrure
TERRIBLE app. Always has a problem! Can't log in, can't do anything with this app at all! I wish Facebook didn't exist!

Took a minute to figure out how to set up. But overall good. Trying to to figure out how to link my store, the store that is linked does not show any of my current content.
It was very easy to setup however I had some items that were unable to be published however I believe that this was automated so I won't knock a start for that. I've reached out to the support team and I'm confident that they'll be able to help.
It's a lil difficult to start, but finally i could set up!. Deffinetly, it brings to me a new way to sell products to my costumers
The ability to update catalogues across omnichannels (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) is wonderful. Hopefully, there is any avenue to link products in Tiktok.
My experience with Facebook channel and its set up was very easy and helpful. I know using this channel will help improve sales for my business.
