I used this app to help me to integrate my shop in and it did in an easy and fast way, for a common user.
Getting any kind of tech support is very difficult and often unresponsive. Product categories are a nightmare to find and assign. Everything from looking up orders and payouts to managing inventory is incredibly cumbersome and seems designed to frustrate us as merchants.

I am used to the old version and the new one is way better in any points, it is really simple and well guided
So far the integration with Shopify has been good, a little confusion on the verification steps, but the recommended was for sure the easiest.

Do not install this channel, it will just make a mess with your Facebook shop taking control of it and not allowing you anymore to have checkout on Facebook. Just stay in FB with their manager and update your products manually (even if it is a long process). Support is as awful as the channel!

Good so far! Was easy to install. Now I will take a look how it works. If it not works good I will change this review.
