Nice and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and well worded and understood. Nice easy point and click options.

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. While the app itself would not cause orphan pages, I'd be more than happy to go through your store with you to help identify what may be causing this issue. Pre-requisite application for running an Instagram shop. Installing Facebook was easy enough, all my products were automatically synced and able to sell in approximately one hour.

Facebook is a good channel however I had some charges while my campaign was pause that I am looking into with my Bank. Otherwise so far it's ok

Absolutely a headache. I had previusly used the old Shopify Facebook Shop App some time ago and has been long uninstalled. However somehow the Commerce ID from that old app is still tied to my Facebook Page. So this new app will not install without removing the old ID. However Meta Support keeps telling me I dont have persmissions to disconnect this old ID and I need to have someone give me full permissions to do so. I have shown them the screenshots showing I have full permissions and yet it still keeps saying I do not have permissions. However they keep getting stuck in thier own flow chart and keep saying I need to ask someone for more permissions.... I am the owner of the company, facebook page, and shopify store. There is noone else capable of giving me any more permissions. I have asked them to tell me who has these magical abilities to give me more permissions, however I get the same flow chart response. It should not be this big of a hassle to install a app on my shopify store and link my Facebook page when it stands to make them money by me doing so.
