Very good, hopefully it will also bring very more commerce and likes to the site. Increasing the visibility of e-commerce is also a good thing.

it was little complicated to use it and kind of expensive. it was hard to figure it out in the beginning but later on i was able to manage it. they should definitely lower the advertisement prices.

Horrible app that's not connecting. Then when you call for help With Shopify. There's nothing we can do. Bad for business.. needs major improvements. They should team up with Facebook and get this figured out.

I found it easy to use and to add my products. I think FB is an important channel for sales. I do wish they would fine tune their bots though. If I advertise animal prints the ads get banned for breaching animal cruelty rules.

Every time I attempt to use the Facebook app it shows an error message. I am unable to update my store catalog on Facebook & Instagram. This is frustrating because I cannot tag products in my photos & I am losing potential sales. Please fix this soon! :(

The set up process is complicated, but if you follow the steps correctly, it all works well. FB shop takes up to 4 weeks to get approved.
