I'm really surprised because this app had so many bugs that it was overwhelming to put in place.... This time, i wanted to give it another try and then, whaouwwwww.... Amazing.... Just Perfect, I'm blown up !!!
Trying to increase sales through every tool available. The reach is better than what I can manage solo
This has been a complete NIGHTMARE. My personal account was hacked and I have lost administrative permissions and now my FB and Instagram shops through Shopify have been blocked. I am losing sales every day because there is no way to reach FB - there is no access to a human being who can help. I have tried to open a new account in my business name and now they claim I am mis-using the platform by using a different name (my business name). I will have to disconnect my Shopify FB and Instagram shops if this can't be resolved. It is the most infuriating thing. I highly recommend insisting that Meta provide access to a human who can help and not just block people who have been hacked. Please f please find a way to help us small business owners. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this. Thank you.

The program disconnected me every few weeks for months and then disconnected me and would not let me reconnect my account. I deleted the app and then tried to reinstall it and Im getting an error that I cant install the app.

Generally speaking, Facebook will disconnect your accounts for any reason they understand as a security issue. I used this app to help me update my Facebook shop. It was helpful but had to switch browser from chrome to internet explorer to complete the set up.
This is good for marketing and selling my products. This is also good to use for marketing and scaling up my business.
I like this channel to access a larger audience, considering Coffee is a drink connected with your soul
The app automatically uploaded all items from my Shopify store which made the process quick but it also allowed items to be uploaded that aren't approved for Facebook like my digital downloads. I have to go through the process of figuring out how to remove them.
