This app is amazing the fact u can do about anything on this app

A lot to learn and understand as a new business owner. However, has a lot to offer as well.

I do most of my marketing on Facebook and Instagram so being able to connect it directly to my store is so amazing

Super confusing to use. The older version used to be more user friendly and now it's been overcomplicated.

My Facebook has been under review with shopify for I believe a year and I haven't been able to get it resolved with either Meta or Shopify

I do love the way everything actually is super easy to link together so its a one post to instagram and facebook at the same time!

Had a terrible time updating my catalog and connecting my facebook profile such that it has the right "permissions" to be useful. FAQ on Meta sites is bad and Shopify customer service also washes their hands of anything Meta and app related - i.e you're left to fend for yourself.

I would definitely reccommend both Facebook & Instagram as I always have. They are both great sources to bring your products to people around the globe.

way to buggy, this app does not even have a decent support. try to contact FB support is a impossible quest.
