I have not used Facebook application yet - looking forward to using Facebook Pixel on our Shopify website.
It was easy to use and to set up. It seemed pretty streamlined. I can't wait to see how the shop does on FB.
I used this app to help my e-commerce, because now a days is really important to conect all the channels .
It was super easy to set up and even easier to use. The review and approval says it takes about a day so we will see how long that takes, but i am excited to be able to sale products on Facebook.
I setup my Facebook store by adding a selling channel in my Shopify store. It was so easy, the error messages self-explaining and the options to remove the existing accounts in Facebook Business Suite was clear and there was a button to replace by creating another account. Sweet, 5-stars service. I loved it!
Instagram works :/ facebook doesn't and I cant find a solution to my problem anywhere - it says my page hasn't been approved due to their criteria however I have gone over that a million times and trying to request a review however there is nowhere to request this review it isn't showing any products all of the links say that all is ok I have verified EVERYTHING I have emailed for help I have spent HOURS on this - HELP!!

I was a bit to technical for me. I felt it could be a little more user friendly. But we will see once I have actually used it.

The worst Support team I've ever been in contact with. They all ask the same stuff, never read what your actual Query is, all they know how to do is to tell you "Send a Screencast, send your email and number" they make you repeat your Issue OVER AND OVER , then they connect you to a different operator each time, so again you'll REPEAT your Query, only for them to give you NO SOLUTION. I contact them 5+ times for a simple issue.
