Add more detail to instructions. Be more explicit when giving directions. If possible have a live person to assist with Facebook sales channel. Be more specific on you to channel videos as well.

Was easy to setup. Would be nice to have a pre-made template to add the Facebook and its affiliate companies privacy usage information to the our Shopify store's privacy page. After some searching I was able to piece together something that I believe is accurate.

Terrible app, it asks me to reconnect i tried several times it doesnt work i tried different browsers different devices
i called facebook and chatted with shopify nothing helps and no one can help me
What a terrible app and absurd customer service, this has affected my business very negative. FIX THE RECONNECT ISSUE NOW!!!!!!!!!

Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use Facebook channel on your store and leave a review. It sounds as though you may have been affected by a known outage on Facebook, which prevented users from logging into their Facebook accounts. It has since been resolved by their team, but I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.

Its all sync and linked to Shopify; from Facebook pixel (url tracking) to importing products from Shopify to Facebook shop. Just super convenient!

Instructions are somewhat clear. I had to create another advertising account on Facebook through my Facebook page when I already had one through my main Facebook account. Other than that, quite fluid and intuivite.
