Facebook & Instagram

Does nothing but load. Says the shop is set up but I can’t access it. Contacted fb for help. Still nothin. Waste of time

I used this app to help me. I like as work it. Still in the exploration phase, I will make any updates in the future.

Facebook app helps me connect to my store. It helps my customers to get additional access to my so that they can make their purchases,

I love the app for creating invoices and also adding new inventory! It Is so easy to log in and also look at my current inventory.

Confusing, especially that it will not work with Firefox. Having a Facebook sales channel and an unsupported Facebook Shop is very confusing. It should be made more clearly that Facebook Shop has been replaced, at least that's how I'm looking at it. I hope I did not remove something that was needed.

I gave the app a 5 star so far because it is very easy to set-up. I just installed this app. Will return at a later date to give a follow up.

i used this ap for bisness , a litle bisness of t-shirt , juste for fun , not realy for become a riche man....in france for french people.

Unable to create Facebbok and Instagram shops in the Commerce Manager and link them to my Shopify account only because my business is located in Ukraine! When other companies try their best to support people in Ukraine in their fight for freedom, Meta doesn't allow businesses from Ukraine to create Facebook or Instagram shops in their Commerce Manager and link their Shopify accounts using this app! That is such a shame!

If I could put 0 stars I would. it doesn't stop logging me out on the Shopify Store Facebook has made it so much harder to use as a business
