The following message appears on all my ads: "A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being resumed. Try to resume in a few minutes." Tried, and tried, and it never works. Shopify support can't help. How do I get app support?

Errors like this are often returned due to brief outages, or it can be related to having incorrect permissions (for example, not having admin access to the connected ad account or pixel). In the majority of these cases the problem can be resolved by disconnecting and then reconnecting the Facebook Account that is currently connected to the Facebook Channel. This essentially resets these tokens and is often successful in allowing you to continue with setting up your ads.

Stole money and close the account without reason, after thousands dollars spent to grow audience, facebook came simply and ban account without reason
PS: For facebook answer don't tell me to contact support because i did and it was useless

Constant issues of the app saying its disconnected but doesn't appear that way in settings. Managing the feed and blocking products just to be reset again is a total waste of time. They really need to fix their integration.

Llegar a esta aplicación luego de haber soñado con tener mi tienda tanto en Facebook como en Instagram, además de ayudar a configurar píxeles y ofrecer un canal de marketing más directo, ha sido sencillamente maravilloso. The app is really difficult to connect when there is more than one person working with the business manager. I am just getting to know it so not sure how it will be
Much easier setup than previous attempts. i would now try to see how easy to it is to connect to instagram.
Help me promote my online shop however I have never been able to synchronize my online shop with the facebook shop.
