this app had made facebook disable my facebook account completely and now I don't know if I can get it back. I have submitted a a review request on FB but it says due to staff shortages they may not review my account

I used this to set up my store to facebook. I like the step by step check points to the process so you can start and finish as time permits.

As I work from Germany and also my administration team is in Germany I would like to get a documentation in German language ;-)

i just started using this app.i have heard good news about it,i hope it works for me.so far soo good with the set up

This application has not been a positive experience and has consumed a considerable amount of time. Despite attempting to resolve issues related to connectivity and verification for over 10 days for now, the problems have only worsened with time. Recently, there was an attempt to start over by disconnecting from Shopify, but this resulted in a complete disconnection of the catalog, making it impossible to reconnect. The app claims that the asset is already connected and directs the user to the commerce manager, which provides conflicting information about the connection and rejections. Numerous attempts have been made to connect, but there is no one to contact for assistance and no response to messages. This is frustrating as I still not authorized or verified on Facebook or Instagram. It is recommended that others avoid this app and focus on their website and email list instead.

Works flawlessly and I would've been giving it a 5-star rating IF IT WASN'T FOR THE ONE FEATURE THAT ABSOLUTELY INFURIATES me: Whenever I add a new product to my stock in Shopify, a Facebook-post automatically appears on my business accounts feed. It floods the feed, so my followers unfollow my business site, because they feel I'm spamming them, or suspect that I've been hacked. What p*sses me off the most is that it can't be turned off?!?!? * * * Shopify and Facebook - please, please, please give us the opportunity to at least turn this feature off * * *

I can certainly understand how these updates are overwhelming for your followers and, therefore, you want it to be turned off. This feature is controlled entirely by Facebook and it can't be removed from Shopify's end.
