I used this to connect facebook to my web page, it was very simple and easy. I did have some trouble getting my products to load but after reading some info it was very easy.
I used this appp to help do facebook analytics. I really like how it does. It would be nice it did more better.
It does what it says. and the automated process works well.......................................................................................................................... I am starting to use it so I will wait and see how good it really is.
But I think there could be much better integration with instagram.
Checkout with facebook & Instagram is so premature that we might have to pull out. None of the basic settings like shipping is being synced. It just defaults to free shipping... meanwhile we're only a pick-up business.

I am a newbie and I plan to use the app for my new online business. So far what I have seen looks promising.
I used this app to help me advertise my business. I really like this app. Many thanks to Facebook...
They banned my ad account because I tried to change my payment method and to get unbanned I need to send them more information about me. I did but right now I didnt get a response for over 3 weeks now even though I provided all necessary information. The only answer I am getting is automated text messages saying that a support staff will contact me in 1-2 business days, which is not true.

Commerce Account got disabled after switching to this new channel. After 3 months and following many service agents suggestions, there is still no solution or hear back from FB. We are not even allow to appeal the wrong decision. All they can say is "we are still investigating to get to the bottom of the issue. Rest assured that the whole team is doing its best to arrive with conclusive findings and resolution".
And this is almost a month, I doubt they are doing anything.

When it comes to account eligibility Facebook has complete control over this aspect so you definitely have taken the proper steps by contacting them.
