I have been trying to set up my facebook channel since i created my shopify account. for some reason i cant get my page setup nor can i get any support from customer service. its sad

hope this helps me better integrate my sales and bring potential facebook customer to purchase from my website this would be awesome just starting to use so will see and update.
i am not familiar with the app I need more time to learn on how to use all the applications and THANK YOU
Impossible to connect store. Super complicated UX, not responding between apps and problems verifying catalogs, collections, products, etc. Had to get profesional help in order to get it functioning

I am using this to enhanced customer's experience when shopping online, using social media platform as another marketing tool.
I used this appp to help do facebook analytics. I really like how it does. It would be nice it did more better.
Why is this so hard? Can't connect, tried deleting and redownloadin and now I cant even redownload it. PLEASE HELP
