I'm trying to grow my online jewelry store, but so far I've not received any sales. I'm trying new ads too.
I used app to sell online , using promo budgets offered is not straight forward and can be improved
if i could give this a zero star I would! Facebook and shopify need to do better!!!! You can't even connect your account to this mess without any options or support to why you should really delete this crap off the platform in its entirety smh

Learning in-process and seems easy to navigate through the steps of setting up shops. As a novice to building shops on Facebook and Instagram, the process has plenty of tutorials that need to be watched closely and every step of the way is proved before publishing. It's appreciated that each step is approved before hitting the next level of selling on social media
I enjoyed using the app as it made it easier for me to publish my products on Instagram. Took a while before I could tag my products thought
I received no response when I contacted FB for support and then received an email inquiring how the support process was

Easy to use and very intuitive app, no need to be an expert in online marketing or technology to set it up.
I get an error that reads "Sorry, something went wrong". For what ? is my fault or no ? And when the problem will be resolved ? (Part 2)
After a answer, i confirm the problem stay. Impossible to fix my pixel and connect my shop to facebook after 3 days of waitings. Many people have the same problems and it prevents us to run our business. So when the problem will be resolved ?

Had to go thru the setup process a few times however in the end everything ended up working flawlessly.
