If I could zero stars I would! I have reached out to Facebook and Shopify numerous times over the past month due to not being able to publish my Facebook page. I have sent tons of screen shots of the errors that they have asked for and they all seem to not know what is going on with my page. Facebook is keeping me from selling my boutique clothing due to horrible customer service! It's hard to believe that no other business owners have had this same problem.

Connecting Facebook Marketing through Shopify has been difficult. It doesn't fully connect, so I work through Facebook directly as a workaround. But overall the Facebook channel is good.
Too many numbers to try and connect with my store. I have admins and they need to be able to set up and go and I have to constantly reconnect if I clear my browsing history. If I don't log in it won't update.

I used this app to help me set up the facebook sales channel. I wish this app had more step by step guided tips to make the set up a lot smoother
A little challenging learning the ropes and getting through all the validations but started posting and creating boosted ads. I really like attention ads are getting. I'll be creating a full-blown ad soon as I get through the additional training videos.

Even if a product has multiple images, only one image is linked to Instagram Shopping.
This specification makes it impossible to take advantage of Instagram as an image SNS. A single image does not inspire users to buy.

Shopify told me that my Instagram app was no longer up to date and to install the new Facebook app. Since doing this, we have lost both Facebook and Instagram shopping and when I try to reconnect, I am told some of our products are not suitable and the shop is denied. Even after having deleted said products from Shopify, it is still not working. Can somebody please offer some advice as we have lost two shopping channels. Very, very upsetting!

This certainly does not sound like the expected behaviour when migrating over to the new app. When it comes to account and product eligibility, this is something determined directly by Facebook so it would be best to contact Facebook directly regarding your shop's eligibility. However, I'd like to hear more details on your experience to see if I can provide some resources or guidance in getting this resolved. So far so good. We'll see when I launch ads. It's different than I was told so that's a little disorienting. I'd like it more if there was a tie in to the older step-by-step videos where you just added a pixel manually.
