A bit complicated to use; especially if you are a beginner. You do need quite an extensive knowledge on Facebook and Instagram apps in order to get your head around it.
I like the app because it helps with selling more of my products but also i monitor all my pages on it
BEWARE - Horrible service. They have provided no solution or resolution to a setup issue reported on Sept 17; it is now Oct 17. Every time I follow up with them, I receive a generic response. I've specifically asked for ETAs, insight, and visibility into the issue on multiple occasions over the last four weeks so that I can have some sort of timeline on when the problem will be resolved, and they have provided zero concrete answers. This is the takeaway I want you to know: I have not been able to set up a shop with this channel in 4 weeks. Don't waste your time here.

Hello we're running into issues integrating the app and our website. The error seems to be coming from ownership issues with our Facebook page. We don't have a single owner to the Facebook page and full permissions are given to the Admins. Facebook doesn't seem to have an option for a single personal page to be the account owner anymore. Some of the errors include: "You do not have admin permissions for the business Peter Coppola you are trying to use, so you cannot complete the flow. Please contact the business admin and obtain permission first." and "To transfer this Page, make sure you’re the admin of the selected Business Manager and the admin of the Business Manager that owns this Page." Again, we're the owners but the app is not recognizing that and will not let us move forward with integration.

got instantly banned saying that i didn't apply with the 4th point of the policy or whatever. I read it and i am a 100% sure i didn't violate the terms. I asked for a review and got said that the original reason was true and that my account should stay that way. I literally didn't even started using it. Thanks.

This is single-handedly the #1 worst experience of anything and everything of all time, not hyperbole. BEWARE! At the end of January, I followed the setup steps for the FB sales channel, which included creating a commerce account. The bulk upload of my products into the commerce account immediately got my Business Manager restricted. Not only that, but by association my personal ad account was also restricted from advertising. Facebook is citing "issues of integrity" with my Shopify Commerce account. I cannot advertise on this business manager, my personal ad account, and by association, any business manager I make from my personal ad account. I have gotten 0 support except for being referred to Facebook. There are others who have experienced similar issues evidenced by the other negative reviews. This has cost me 6 weeks and counting of trying to remediate the issue, and having the ability to use Facebook as an advert platform for any business. Please fix this.

I used this app to help me reach more and better customers. I am looking forward to the results now. I had a hard time linking my IG account, which was rejected for a reason I ignore. I will have to work out that situation and connect with Support.
so far so good. I was having difficulty installing the app using firefox but seems to have worked on chrome much better.
