Pire application. Si vous avez un problème : débrouillez-vous, personne ne vous aidera. Entre ça et les bannissements sans aucune raison, avec l'impossibilité de recréer un compte, fuyez. Perte de temps.

After reading some of the reviews here, I am relieved to know it's not just me. I have struggled with this Facebook app for weeks now, trying to fix things and having errors. I'm pretty new to this. After having my FB add run smoothly for several weeks, all of a sudden the IG has an error and I can't fix anything. I am going to delete the whole thing and then in a couple of days, try to start over.

This was incredibly easy to set up! It's improved dramatically from years ago and as an entrepreneur and founder I so appreciate.
I'm just starting but seems ok. I'm trying to boost my sales. Seems a little bit complicated at first. Maybe it could be simplier.

Hello, it seems to me a good option in terms of being able to expand our store through Facebook and Instagram, but it seems to me that they put up a lot of obstacles and the process is delayed for them to verify the account.

i cant even get it to open & load. it just goes to a blank white page. no error message, nothing. its been installed. i just cant access it to do anything with it. so useless.

Interface looks much cleaner and seems much easier to navigate than the old Facebook Shop. I like the way the Shopify app guides you through the app. Happy to have our shop on Facebook!
its really fascinating app. its user friendly and i liked it for my shopify store. we are well converting now.
I am not sure , but seems easy , although the setting is much different but seems ok , waiting for the results ....
Unable to link Shopify to Facebook. Error message states 'ineligible'. Shopify aren't able to figure out why. Have messaged Facebook support. Received a message back informing me they are looking into it. Hopefully this will be resolved. Impossible to understand and navigate settings and help sections in Facebook..it's full of terms and frases that arn'e easy to understand. Not very user friendly!
