It was a little confusing when it came to the different accounts needed to set up the channel. The ad (Instagram) account is one of the examples.
i started to use this app, i like! but i found some difficult to did a configurated and intalation this tool

I'm really just getting started but I hear it's a very good app. Im very excited to see what I can do with it.
The app is well-integrated and generally setup was easy to follow; however, on the Facebook side, there's a lot of business marketing jargon that I don't understand. The entire Business Manager setup was not intuitive and, again, contains jargon that people who are not in the industry will not understand. The Business Manager experience needs an interface update, too. I'm just sitting here hoping things work out and that I didn't sign up for something I didn't know about.

In set up, it could be a bit clearer prior to hitting a button. What to expect. Maybe having a this is what will be taking place, this is about how long it will take, if it is taking longer than 5 minutes something might not be right... blah blah blah
Facebook channel has allowed me to gain traffic to my site including shop and product awareness. This has allowed me to make critical review to enhance what I am offering.
It was an easy process to connect my catalog, I'm just having a hard time connecting Pixel and IG Shop.
