not updated enough and could definitely cause a new user to struggle when creating and updating their shop

This requires a higher level of technical savvy than your standard
skill set. I found it incredibly challenging and confusing to navigate. If you are not planning to run ads then it shouldn't be an issue.
I have had multiple different issues getting set up with META ads through this channel, as well as getting the shop approved within FB. The most frustrating piece has been lack of clarity and support. I have contacted support more than I would like to admit, spent hours on calls over the past couple weeks, and the issues are still there. It's unbelievable really. All of the support team members have been very courteous and kind, they are doing what they have been trained to do. There is a larger structural issue here though. For some reason they allow ease of access to general support but make it quite challenging to directly access support for Ads. In my experience, I found a considerable amount of gatekeeping / stalling to access this level of support. I had to restart and go back through general support each time. Blah blah blah. I really dislike having to report negativity like this but these are the facts. Overall, very challenging. If you are not a Dev or super tech savvy, I recommend hiring a Dev. to get you up and running. Not kidding.

I am so confused! First finding where to create and optimize my shop was almost impossible. Second, the sample pictures show the highest price of my items. I have different prices depending on what size t-shirt is ordered. It shows the highest price instead of the lowest. I'm not tech savvy and really trying hard to figure all this out. Very fustrated.

Customer service does not help you with issues. They expect you to troubleshoot the problems on your own. Also the user experience is confusing and rates are overpriced

not great, still hasnt synced my shop with facebook, has been "in review: for 3 months now even though my products have been approved. this has stopped me from properly utilising the app features

Not very intuitive for sellers. Not connecting well from Shopify or Vendoo and other platforms I need FB and Insta to connect to. I never know what my shops look like and if they are connected to my collections on Shopify from one minute to the next. Shop editor is so far not easy and not user friendly. I had an issue also connect my payment method and the IT team has been working on it for going on 3 weeks now and I don't hear anything back from them unless I reach out. I paid for ads for two weeks and that is hindering me from any gains i've made with those. Has been terrible as a seller so far.

Seems to have issues with Weglot and other translating services. Sales not being attributed in Ads Manager.

I always give positive reviews, but almost 3 years ago I lost my personal account and never received the necessary help to recover the account. I followed your recovery instructions more than 7 times and was never able to recover the account. Now I'm trying to connect my online store with a new account and I haven't been able to connect it either. It is true that I have only tried 3 times and I have waited more than 4 months waiting for Facebook verification. If those on Facebook read it, please help me! I do not know what else to do...
Siempre hago valorizaciones positibas, pero hace casi 3 año perdí mi cuenta personal y nunca recibi la ayuda necesaria para recuperar la cuenta. Seguí sus instrucciones de recuperación mas de 7 veces y nunca pude recuperar la cuenta. Ahora intento conectar mi tienda online con una cuenta nueva y tampoco eh podido conectarla. Es verdad que solo he intentado 3 veces y he esperado mas de 4 meses esperando la verificación de Facebook. Si lo leen los de Facebook, por favor ayudarme ! ya no se que mas hacer

hahaha y ahora no me deja poner 1 estrella , pondré 2 a ver si me deja

My store's 'last step' of syncing has been 'in review' since April, no explanation as to what the problem is.
