fatal, he tenido problemas para conectar mi tienda con facebook e instagram y ha sigo imposible obtener ayuda para hacer la conexion, asi llevo mas de un año y sin esperanza porque no tienes una atención personalizada que puede entender lo que te sucede

on shopify I am told everything is active but on Facebook it says Your Meta pixel is not active

We are currently trying to link our Shopify store to our Instagram and Facebook accounts but have encountered an error that prevents us from proceeding. It appears to be a hard stop, and we are unsure if the issue is related to our Facebook account or another aspect of the setup process. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying and resolving the issue so we can move forward seamlessly.

SO many bugs and it constantly logs me out and I am stuck on an infinite loop of connecting my facebook to my shopify store

It is very useful for integrating the shop on Instagram and Facebook to increase conversion potential. I would love to have Shopify collections automatically imported.

For a $trillion company this is one of the worst apps i have ever dealt with.
UPDATE- Looks like Shopify and Meta auto-synced all discount codes to FB Shops- so all of your Loyalty codes, etc got synced to Meta Shops - why would anyone in either dev team do that?
Support is non existent, chat is terrible - either they do not know what is going on or they send you a Help page link.
Simply put this Meta channel will not work with products that have multiple variants - like size AND color - unless you have a unique url for EVERY option
If you use an app like Globo to set up color options it will not be recognized by FB or IG shops - so i would not bother.
Also you will miss out on proper on site messaging like popups, cross sells, email collection, etc
It was a massive waste of time for me and we ended up with lots of orders for bracelets of a certain size but no leather color - so no way to know what to ship.
Truly shocking that Meta would outsource support to India or wherever - what are they copying Amazon??
