It seems like an improvement over trying to understand Facebook's interface, but I am not sure yet, thus the three stars.

This Facebook channel let's us create ads on our social media and link back to products that are on our website so customers can see, like, want and buy at a click of a button.

Maybe it is me being new to this but some things are confusing. Generally is ok. FB shop approval on my other account is taking more then 4 weeks now and is thus not very efficient.

Just wanted to write and say this was amazing...with in a day everything is up and running and I wasn't confused at all duing set up. Nicely redone!!!!! WOHOOOO!

It was a little confusing, but I was able to figure it out. Nicely designed and had good menus to navigate with good descriptions and help hints. As with everything Facebook, it has room for improvement, but should be a viable addition to our marketing.

this app will not allow me to sync my business page from IG to shopify. My products have been approved and yet for some reason Facebook Meta is not syncing my products. I am missing out on potential customers because of this. Every time I try to reconnect the instagram an issue has occurred. Both instagram and facebook have been giving business store issues. This is unacceptable and unfair. All of my products are from a drop shipping supplier. In which they are legal and meet all requirements according to the guidelines. So what is the real issue?

I was wondering what I can do about the problem that the fb & Instagram channel are not supported in the Shopify store. Because the tracking has been off the last week and the ads are performing less good now. Is there a problem with my pixel and with the integration of the sales channels to my Shopify shop. I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to fix this issue.
