La instalación desde shopify es super rápida y sencilla, al igual que el servicio técnico de shopify. El gran problema que encontré fue al crear la tienda en Facebook para poder conectarlas. No pude hacerlo hasta del servicio técnico de Facebook me escribieron de manera muy detallada cómo debía configurar la tienda. Más de un mes con esto. Pero estoy feliz porque decidí usar shopify porque sabía que con ellos me sería mas sencillo poder usar las redes sociales con canales de venta.
Muito boa, as vezes meio confusa pois os itens não ficam tão claros mas com o tempo foi melhorando a iteração.

I cant use shopify marketing to publish retargetting ads..... It keeps getting rejected over and over again saying something is wrong with Facebook.

There can be some things which need to be set up before you can publish Facebook ads through Shopify. I'm going to send you an email so we can get to the bottom of this and get your ad up and running. Keep an eye out for it!

I have never in my life experienced more issues with a company than I have when dealing with Facebook and Facebook ads. The new Shopify integrations have been nothing but trouble since they launched. Currently, I am unable to successfully link my Facebook business manager and pixel. Shopify support tried to help but it is a Facebook issue. And of course, Facebook support is no help as usual... Very frustrating. Wish you could just copy and paste your pixel like back in the day. Typical Facebook, making everything 100 times more complicated than it needs to be....

If I could give it no stars I would!! Poor excuse for what it considers customer service and it attempts to control your business and how you interact with your own customers.

Our app's goal is to provide you with a simpler way to sync your Shopify products over to your Facebook account. However, we do not have direct access to your Facebook Business accounts, we only bridge a connection. We also do not interfere on how you will interact with your customers, this is entirely up to you as the Business Owner.

Hello, could you please check what happens when my catalog is not connected to facebook or rather when I connect to fb some products are connected, not all, that is what appears on the shopify platform and the sales manager on facebook shows me another catalog, with another name and with my products, some of which do not have updated prices. I already spoke to facebook I did what they told me but it was not solved. I also turn to you since I have ads running and now it does not show me the most visited products on the platform, therefore I need you to review the platform and give me a solution urgently. This app is very bad and a time suck. Once you get going, it is like you can't stop and the problems and connection/verification issues literally get worse the more you try to fix. I have been trying to get FB and IG shopping hooked up for over a year. Last week, I disconnected from shopify to start over. Now my catalog is completely disconnected and it wont allow me to reconnect. It is stating the asset is already connected and to go to my commerce manager. Commerce manager in one place is stating it is connected and in another that I have been rejected for the (who knows how many) times. I spend hours every week on this trying different things to connect and there is no one to contact and they do not message you back. It is frustrating, because I would really like to spend time elsewhere. I have an LLC and have been selling online for over 18 months with my website. I am still not authorized or verified on FB or IG. Do not waste your time on this and stick to your website and email list as much as you can
