I used this app to help build my business from scratch. It seems to be working well so far. I expect I'll continue to use it for now
I've spent hours installing, uninstalling, clearing cache and looking why when trying to install the facebook app it tells me all the time "An error has occurred" Close and open the browser. It is impossible to install it when I had it installed for a long time. What's going on? To what is due?

The app was easy to navigate and I was able to connect shopify with facebook with no problems at all.
Very easy to setup. Very good instructions to follow. Really easy to use as well as install. Also in depth.

Utterly useless .. the old FB app that worked seamlessly was replaced with this one .. and wont connect .. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A FB STORE FOR OVER 4 MONTHS NOW .. Shopify ticket ID is 20655893 .. DO NOT install this app it will disconnect your working app and cause NONE of your tagged FB products & links to work .. ZERO STARS .. Shopify's reposne is to contact Facebook however the MOST ironic thing is that the No1 platform on the planet for "Connecting People" are simply impossible to connect with themselves .. !!!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I can definitely see why this situation has been stressful given that you still cannot connect your Facebook or Instagram for over 4 months. I know our Technical was working with the Facebook development team diligently to get the error you were you encountering resolved and has confirmed the issue lies within Facebook's platform. Haven't navigated or experienced with it much since I am new but will change my review in the near future.
A bit confusing with integrating with fb pixel, cuz the tutorials on soc med are diff. Hopefully I'm doing everything right with installing my pixel in shopify using this sales channel
