No idea what is going on with this but it keeps saying " Your Request Couldn't be Processed". What gives?

Einrichten ging einfach und schnell - Geld für eine Ad Schaltung bezahlt - aber das grosse Zucker-Finale kam, mir wurde gleich das FACEBOOK Konto G E S P E R R T - toller Einstieg, für mich nicht besonders vertrauenserweckend, nachdem man alle Daten eingegeben hat.

This app like many of the other apps on shopify simply does not work. Shopify blames FB and FB blames shopify and the end customer ends up with nothing.

i am trying to add Meta pixel and it is not showing me option to create a pixel in the facebook channel also its not reachable through preferences.

I need to reinstalla the app but is not posible. This es the message:
"This page can't be loaded right now
A technical problem prevented this page from loading. Reload this page, visit another page in Facebook Ads, or try again later" Please, help me!

Should have taken notice of the reviews. Went through the whole set up, after setting up a whole new FB account and Business account, seemed to go round in circles for an hour and then get told “Your advertising access is restricted” for a mystery reason. I’d like those few hours of my life back please!

Had the old Shopify to Facebook catalogue all setup, now I can't select the correct catalogue as it says I don't have permission.

I clicked and installed, but I can't find how to link to the existing Instagram account. There are no instruction, just a blank page?
