We set up the app, it synchronised every product and then our Commerce account got banned on Facebook. Permanently banned. 14 years of work down the drain!

Unable to get shop verified without any reason and no way to get it verified. Only get a general message from support with no help or solution at all. Frustrating!

so many bugs, you can't open the app without having to close unnecessary windows, never know when something is wrong.

The app doesn't work---doesn't connect to my Facebook account properly, and the instructions they give are constantly outdated or unclear.

being forced to have checkout on FB and Instagram causes loss of sales and adding on warranties, upsells etc. Should put it back to the way i was where checkout was through the site

I like to use both apps as I can see products easily, search easily, read comments and reviews which helps me make decisions.

Somewhat helpful in terms of data and ads but un-needlessly difficult to create a shop on Facebook and Instagram through this app - I have been waiting for several months for my store in Facebook and Instagram to be approved by their admin.

It's a great way to promote your store on Facebook and control it from one place with ease.

Greatly helps my business very convenient having everything in one place

Lets face it no one would use this if there was an alternative. interface is clunky and full of bugs.
