The apps was unknown to me until now. It was not difficult to install it, which is great to me. Now I'm eager to discover what it is, and how it works, how is it linked to my Facebook business management account? and questions like that, but more over how it can benefit my business

I used this app to help my business grow and the setup was so easy....even for me. Combining both social media accounts was genius.

I can't use it as intended because they hate TikTok or something??? There could be other reasons but they do not provide specific examples.

I have always struggled with Shopify's Facebook channel for one reason or another. As other reviews have mentioned, it spams all your followers every time you make a change to a product, and there is no way to turn this off. I ended up having to delete my Facebook Shop completely to avoid this.
Products are duplicated in my catalogue on Facebook any time I update them (e.g. new product name), some products don't appear there, products have wrong prices, wrong images. In short, it's a mess.

Deleted products are never truly deleted from your catalog for history purposes. However, products that were changed/deleted, will have their visibility as "hidden" or "staging", which means they will not be visible to your customers. Me esta resultan muy fácil configurar la tienda con facebook, es la primera vez que lo hago lo cual pensé que seria mas complicado , pero la guia es muy buena es aconsejable ir leyendo y marcando como ella te dice

I just start using but i like it .I am new but i thing knowledge comes with time using channel . Lot of tips to learn how to use channel .

Very annoying interface and doesnt auto archive when items are out of stock so when you try to open other business accounts you get to click through one at to archive them because facebook doesn't view your account in "good standing". They need to clean this interface so bad, everything is beyond clunky.
