Easy to use,very helpful. Explains every step easily and guides you through everything you need to set up the account
I created my website for my business page. It was easy to navigate and use. A few little hiccups but if i dig deeper i am sure i will figure it out.
i use this app for business. i like how it put things together for me. i would like it to be faster response.
J'ai utilisé cette application pour pouvoir mettre en vitrine ma boutique par ce canal social. J'ai pas encore effectuer de vente pour l'instant mais je crois que ça ne saurait tarder.
Must be easier to connect and verify the domain having to access the domain and creating txt files must be easier from the beginning, have to wait too much and find solutions on my own.

so far, easy. i am a super novice on facebook and run into problems all the time and have nobody to ask. I have joined the help group but nobody has ever answered my posts. ill figure it out, i guess

Nice, but I have had a bad experience with a Facebook Shop by shopify. The price of the products was presented as incorrect.

Hello! I've come across two critical issues regarding orders from Instagram and Facebook. First, the customer information lacks a phone number, even though I've configured it as "required" in Shopify checkout settings. Can you please ensure the phone number field is mandatory for Facebook and Instagram orders?
Secondly, when fulfilling orders from Facebook and Instagram via Shopify, it doesn't send a shipping confirmation email to the customer. This leaves them unaware of the shipment status. Can this be addressed? Thanks!
