this platform was very easy to setup and use. very easy step by step instruction to get my store going. I am very excited to see where this leads
Total joke. Tried to connect TWO shopify stores to Facebook, both rejected with this message: "After a requested review of this commerce account, we confirmed that it doesn't comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements, so your shop isn't visible to potential customers." After wasting countless hours with customer service, shutting it all down.
Thanks for sharing your feedback! I can understand how that may be frustrating, especially if you were working hard to get the app setup. However, Facebook does have a requirements that need to be met in order to sell on their platform. I’ve sent out to an email to discuss this further. I used the app to install my facebook shop. a few hiccups but overall fairly easy to use and navigation throughout to help
It was very quick and easy to use. It only took about 5 minutes for me to get everything i needed to get done done.

Everytime I try to sync Shopify and the Facebook Channel under the tabs "Sales Channel" it allows me to put in my login information, and I get a popup saying "Sorry something went wrong. We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can. I have uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, used a differrent browser, and nothing seems to work.

for this part you should make the min less than 100 cause some people don;t have much to say.....
It was frustrating not understanding why my ad account had gotten banned when it was the first time I had set anything up but after several days going back and forth with Facebook, it was easy to get my pixel integrated. I wish there was better transparency with Facebook on how to get everything set up properly the first time so that this does not happen. There are just a lot of different areas that need attention that is no intuitive to someone just starting out.
This app helped me out a lot when I opened my Shopify store. I thought it would be harder to get help from a giant in the industry, but it was very simple
Useless app... Having endless errors since installing it... And both Shopify and FB support team are not helpful at all. Have been trying to fix the tech issue for months and still no solution. No money will be spent this year on FB ads now.
