It just started and haven’t really used it yet. The sign on and setup seems very complex. Definitely not helped by my confusion with Facebook between my business and personal accounts.

Very helpful and it works surprising because of all the apps don't always work. However, asking is begging
I hope that the feed works this time; hate having only the worst early stuff on Facebook. I do love that I have the ability to reach new audiences through Facebook, where people who like colorful art on consumer goods have a carefree shopping experience (we hope).
Ok I had to do a new review update. This sucks! This is made so complicated. Everything I post get some kind warning, not following rules & regulations, goes against the rules but yet, I have all new products and it keeps pulling old products I don't even carry anymore. I have NO clue what I'm doing anymore. Why can't someone just set it up for me so it is done properly and I'm not having to go through all these difficulties.

I use to link my shopify store to my Facebook shop. I read and follow the instruction took some time, but was able to connect.
I use this app to promote my boutique on line as a starter ,i would like to comprehend the methodology of usage to prompt my boutique efficiency from this app ,
I find the continual changes at FB difficult to manage regardless of the platform being used with it
It's definitely going better than expected. I am getting more sales and more exposure. Occasionally I have issues capturing all the the information I get when orders come directly from my website versus FB and IG. For example, my website requires a phone number (mainly so we call them customer if there is a problem), but it is not a requirement in FB or IG. Some of our products and services are time sensitive where need to get a hold of the customer asap. Just having their email means we may not get to them in time. These are just minor kinks we can work out. Overall it has definitely boosted sales and we have had zero problem with payouts or processing

Pretty straightforward, a little annoying that they're changing all the time so you have to redo everything, but I guess that's part of staying hip and cool.
