Ho provato a utilizzare l'app di Facebook per il supporto alle aziende, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata estremamente deludente. Innanzitutto, il supporto fornito per risolvere i problemi attuali è stato inefficace e poco professionale.
Non solo i problemi persistono, ma l'app stessa continua a non installarsi correttamente sul mio dispositivo, causando ulteriori complicazioni. Gli sforzi per ottenere assistenza sono stati vani, e il servizio clienti sembra non essere in grado di gestire in modo adeguato le problematiche degli utenti.
Sono deluso dalla mancanza di risoluzione dei problemi e dalla difficoltà nell'ottenere un supporto adeguato. Mi aspettavo di più da un'app di questo tipo, soprattutto considerando il suo ruolo cruciale nel supportare le attività aziendali. Chiedo aiuto in continuazione ma senza nessun esito. Manca il personale di assistenza

At first I was worried the app wouldn't be as feature reach as I was hoping, but it seamlessly integrates with their business suite with little to no technical knowledge required. Would recommend.
I sent a support request a week ago asking about how to use and configure the App as it is clear that the data fields the app is sending do not correspond to usable data being injected by the Facebook Platform. As of today, they still have not gotten back to me. I am leaving a bad review because 1) the code is written badly and data points for catalog manager don't sync and 2) because they are refusing to respond to my support request. I will update this review if anything changes.

This app great and works really good for my store. User-friendly and simple even if you are nor a Pro.
It is good experience. If the local Market channel of face book, is accessable to place product ads.
Thank you for making this easy and powerful. A direct connection to facebook CAPI is a much-needed solution. I was about to pull the switch on enabling a google cloud server and GTM to accomplish this -- but if Shopify can make the CAPI a one-click setup, you've greatly simplified this. Thank you.
