I have yet to be approved by FB for my Commerce Account. There is nothing wrong with my store or the products in it. I have met all your compliance issues and still you will not connect me. So now I cannot get my catalogue to show up on my FB biz page. It would be nice if there was more explanation why you won't approve me nor if there was someone who could help me. This is really hard for small business' and you know it.

Generally speaking, the commerce account needs to be approved by Facebook and they do not share with us the reasons why they have not approved you. THE FACEBOOK CHANNEL SO FAR IS GOOD. AT FIRST, I FOUND IT A BIT CONFUSING, BUT AFTER SPENDING SOME TIME ON IT, IT MAKES SENSE.

FB setup was fairly easy. The IG was more fussy. Wasn't clear what the eligibility requirements were or what changes needed to be made.
i really have not figured it out yet. It's too complicated. Setting it up was relatively straightforward but using it is a struggle.

Terrible app. As other have also mentioned. FB blocked my ability to have a shop and there is no one to get support. This has been going on for weeks and no resolution. Very very very frustrating! Shopify and Facebook you owe your customers/clients good service. Robots are not working!

Absolute rubbish. I had to disconnect my original fb shop when personal products from fb marketplace showed up on my shopping page for my business. Since then it has been a nightmare pretty much. This app does not work and as soon as I get to the end of setup it will not let me connect a new or old commerce account. I have troubleshooted, tried everything I possibly can but this problem has persisted!
