This app made it very easy to set up my Facebook channel. It walked me through step by step, the instructions were easy to follow.
So to begin with I was pretty frustrated with not being able to get in contact with facebook as I was experiencing issue with getting my commerce account approved! However I was lucky to get the best help from Shopify Support Specialist Anna! (Thank you Anna for everything!) and later on also Facebook from a link to a support form. Now when everything is approved and up an running, I love the easy setup for your facebook and instagram shop. its super easy to set up and navigate in and new products get approved very fast! TIP: don't add giftcards to your facebook sales channel! you won't get approved then..
Thank you so much for leaving a review. That certainly does not sound ideal. You have definitely taken the proper next step in getting in touch with Facebook regarding this block. From my experience with other merchants it can take some time for Facebook to reply, so I do hope they get back to you soon. I'm using this app for the first time. I will return to give a more accurate review. So far it seems to be very user friendly and inviting.
much better than their previous system but still needs significant improvement for those of us no tech-savy

I usted the app to create an account and its great. Has access to a lot of platforms and very easy to navigate. Pretty straightforward and simple to handle and create your own page. As well as the best navigation system on the internet, very smart and easy to understand, reliable and great plans and choices
I just wish the terms of agreements were not hard to understand

I use this app to improve my point of sales and to get my business more views , this app is also good for Instagram sales as well.
