Estou usando para trazer mais clientes a minha loja, porém, tenho muitas dúvidas e ninguém para saná-las.
Não faço a menor ideia se vou pagar este serviço, ou quanto pagarei por ele.
Fora que meus créditos sumiram e nem usei.

We have NOT been able to successfully add our store to IG and FB it says we ARE approved -- HELP! hmm what is the issue???

Do not install this channel, it will just make a mess with your Facebook shop taking control of it and not allowing you anymore to have checkout on Facebook. Just stay in FB with their manager and update your products manually (even if it is a long process). Support is as awful as the channel!

My shop hasn't been published because it doesn't comply with your Commerce eligibility requirements, but they don't tell me what requirements do not comply with. Nobody helps you.

It certainly sounds like it has been a frustrating experience as your commerce account was not approved by Facebook and you haven't been provided any additional information. I'm really having a hard time connecting Instagram to my Shopify account, despite repeated attempts, and supposedly being approved by Meta / Facebook... Not sure what to do.
