I am using this app & it's been helpful so far. Although the tools can have more features to edit products & see analytics too
Nice and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and well worded and understood. Nice easy point and click options.

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

The Facebook app is designed simply to create a connection between Facebook and Shopify to sync your products should you want to promote them via Facebook Pages, Instagram, or Marketing. While the app itself would not cause orphan pages, I'd be more than happy to go through your store with you to help identify what may be causing this issue. It was v easy to set up. and guided me very well with all the steps that were mentioned. it happened in minutes.
I love the products tags for Instagram. Makes the shopping experience quick and easy for my customers!

The new FB app integration with Shopify is a way better user experience and finally, they combined IG and FB into one app :) It takes a bit longer to setup but worth it

I live and operate my store from Nigeria. I don't know why up till now in 2023, I still cannot operate this sales channel just because of my country of residence. This has extremely limited my Shopify experience since I cannot connect Facebook or Instagram as a sales channel. Hopefully someday you get to trust and list my country so I can utilize this app.
