The integration of meta-facebook with Shopify is so seamless. Now hopefully my ads will be much more effective.

Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.

Meta is one of the best ad platforms. AI has really been a game changer.

Easy to use and faster to upgrade. It is very nice of them have it made simple for everyone.

I need help with Facebook and Instagram set up

Open a new webshop, and starting to build up facebook and instagram accounts etc. now to day log in to instagram and they have deactivated it? something about not real or trying to surpas rules. but HOW? its total new instagram account and your even approved it for shopping and got all documents, VAT business number etc.
Setting up FB and IG has always been a pain and support has not been there for many years. same BOT that gives same answer al the time... if your BIG corp, no problem small or medium size.... forget it

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.
