It was a seamless process... very easy to use. I am so excited about this and cant wait to enjoy the feature
The integration with Shopify is very easy and all the steps are clear. Overall the experience is very good.
Unfortunately, the app will not connect to my Facebook Page. The error message states that "the Facebook page is Owned by Another Business" when in actual fact this is not true. I have wasted so many hours trying to troubleshoot this. Thank you Shopify support for your assistance thus far, but no solution yet on ticket 28645071. Please do contact me when one of your support staff have a solution on this. Thx J

keeps rejecting my commerce even when I have no errors and everything approved. its hard to get customer support. I was told I don't have enough followers and likes, so this is a reason of trustworthiness, but FB is willing to take my money for ads ?? how does that work?
Thank you so much for leaving a review. That certainly does not sound ideal. You have definitely taken the proper next step in getting in touch with Facebook regarding your commerce account. I have seen the requirement of trustworthiness come up from my experience with other merchants. While Shopify does not have a hand in the approval process, I would like to share some resources on how you can build up your following while growing your business on Instagram so you can be approved by Facebook.
