Items are saying they are visible in Shopify, FB and IG, they do not show on either of the profile. And they are active.

Awful experience. Half the time my products won't even sync from Shopify to Facebook without any reason. I was also not able to use a Facebook commerce account, and my questions were not answered by Facebook's customer service either.

Thank you for leaving a review and sharing your experience. That certainly does not sound ideal. When it comes to commerce account approvals and product approvals this is something determined directly by Facebook that Shopify does not have a hand it. The Facebook Channel option is the best thing I've discovered in terms of marketing and product management on the web. Thanks again FB! There is no other social media app that can come close in comparison. I enjoyed the simplicity and advanced technology the most.

I NO longer desire to use FB as a channel to advertise on as the comments/actions of OTHER rude/obnoxious users are NOT shadow banned as certain people appear to be. Many Thanks

It has said my shops are active but I have never seen them on either fb or ig. Where are they? It's been months!!!! Uninstalling NOW! BYE!
