Cant connect my shop with the fb button.....all things doesnt work which they said i should do....i dont get it why its so complicated to connect a facebook button to ur shop.... i have no time for stuff like this and now they tell me i should contact facebook...
Can't use the app. Loading spinning circle goes on forever. Just loads and loads, never actually opens the app.

Having a really hard time with the app. It was working well but then the prices are not updating. I removed the facebook channel, disconnected my facebook page from instagram, deleted the shop and collections. Tried to set everything up from scratch but the prices are not right when I tagged on instagram.

Been on this constant circle or errors or could not connect to Instragram account. Go through all the setup in Facebook Commerce manager, and then try to setup and never does.. It creates product catalogs that are not fully setup, and unable to go back and modify. Facebook help is not there at all.. Spent days trying to uninstall, reinstall, starting from square one over and over, to simply not get any help..

Absolute junk now. I run a brick & mortar store only (no shipping). My goal is to tag products in my feed, for in-store pickup. Meta's "Changes to Shops" forces the use of Checkout with Facebook or Instagram, which requires shipping. There is no support to sync Shopify's Local Pickup option, or have a catalog only shop to direct to my website for checkout. Guess I won't be spending advertising dollars for my shop.

We use the App, but it is impossible to exclude products from the feed. At first is look like its possible, but in the end it doesn't work like that.

MOST TIME WASTING APP I EVER CAME ACROSS!!! it says i dont meet theirs e-commerce requirements and i cant use my account to promote my shop.. But they even wouldn't bother to explain what is wrong. tryed to reach them - without any luck. And SHOPIFY "help" was just sending me totaly pointless link. USLESS!!!!

App keeps freezing, I can't set it up and can't even contact customer service to help me, as it shows an error message whenever I try. I've been trying for days, tried on two different computers, a tablet and a phone and nothing works. Terrible app.

I can't use Shopify with Facebook or Instagram. Please resolve our problems as soon as possible. Instagram shopping is very bad in integration with Shopify.

The worst support I've ever encountered, repetitive bans for no reason. The support team told me I would receive a response within 24 hours, but 5 days later, still nothing and no response despite multiple follow-ups. Many other issues as well!!!
