I can't even download this app, it's just showing the URL is wrong, it should be fixed as soon as possible.

My store cannot sell its products on Facebook. I still want to use the FB pixel. I've tried to install the Facebook app and (FB messenger separately) a number of times. Clicking Install App redirects me here: https://ethos-numerology.myshopify.com/admin/apps/21d07b9a03ab6e538a053381def7b15d/?hmac=0ee9b1019ebbe91d546d430ba54a26c324193739656698059c71f46421f18e82&shop=ethos-numerology.myshopify.com×tamp=1644294176 And the error message says: There’s no page at this address - Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need.

It is very frustrating, Instagram approved my store but shopify keeps saying that it is not eligible, nobody gives me an answer, everything is message circles with nothing clear, without a solution I have days with the problem and nobody solves

They refuse to approve me for a commerce account and don't give my any information as to why. They don't care about their customers and don't want to fix any issues. This has really negatively effected my business.

Please understand that Commerce Account approvals are completely handled by Facebook as Shopify has no hand in the decision made. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH FACEBOOK. I NOW OFFICIALLY HATE FACEBOOK. WASTED SO MUCH TIME WITH THESE BOZOS. The app developer responses are robotic as they are same for every piss poor review. I'm just going to completely disconnect from SHOPIFY ALL TOGETHER. Im sick and tired of wasting time and MAKING NO MONEY.

This will not work on a Shopify Lite plan ($9/month) which is exactly the plan we chose specifically to sell through Facebook and instagram. This channel has replace the Facebook Shop channel, which DID work on the $9 plan, but alas, that is no longer available on the app store. Good bye Shopify account, uninstalling.

Bad app, I don't think Facebook support knows about it because they are lazy and don't want to communicate with people

Facebook ad is the worst way to get started. They do not help you in any way. I cannot view my ad, I cannot get support to help me at all.

Total Waste of my already busy day. Tried to connent 5 times installed, uninstalled reinstalled back and forth between my meta fb account and my store, thought it was my device, tried my mobile, desktop, tablet but nothing and I still wasnt able to connect my store to fb business account. So don't waste your time.

Trying to remove this app from shopify but my shop still shows up on my facebook business page. Please remove the app from my facebook business page i have already uninstalled it.
