Struggling to get everything set-up. it is quite a misssion but hope it will be worth the struggle!

It's frustrating that I can't use collections I've already created in Shopify in this app - having to redo work is maddening.

On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?

Convoluted setup and integration, not user friendly, barely functional for desktop maintenance.

It helps you to get customers driven into your store and promote your store to start getting successful

I cannot tag products on my instagram

I am just starting my journey. So, i don,t have lots of experience in this app. Thank you.

It was difficult to set up and I still have many issues to sync my catalogue
