Store was in review over a month. (I read it should officially be 48 hours.) I disconnect and reconnected about 5 days ago. Probably a mistake because now I'm starting the clock over.

Ez to use unlike other platforms that have so many isssues to advertise a product, hopefully meta wouldnt ban my ad accs,cuz im still scaling

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

Efficiency- proactive and very supportive response. The tech team support me until they solve my issue. The App is over my expectation.. All for free, no hidden cost.

not updated enough and could definitely cause a new user to struggle when creating and updating their shop

Extremely complex to use. Without no support from Facebook knowing that i have created a business account. FB should reach out to customers registered for BA if they need technical help or not.
