great integration

Please approve my Facebook shop request.. Facebook doesn't review my shop request

Not very intuitive for sellers. Not connecting well from Shopify or Vendoo and other platforms I need FB and Insta to connect to. I never know what my shops look like and if they are connected to my collections on Shopify from one minute to the next. Shop editor is so far not easy and not user friendly. I had an issue also connect my payment method and the IT team has been working on it for going on 3 weeks now and I don't hear anything back from them unless I reach out. I paid for ads for two weeks and that is hindering me from any gains i've made with those. Has been terrible as a seller so far.

Pese a que es muy compleja porque tiene muchas opciones para la gente experta, para mí como principiante en su uso me ha resultado fácil

This app is easy to use but when you run into a snag, i.e. advertising or shop approval. There is not straight forward explanation of the issue and how to resolve it.
Also, no individual customer support assistance to help.

Rubbish, complicated, spent hours setting up the shop and nothing works. Utter waste of time.

O aplicativo é sensacional! Facilita muito a vida do lojista com tamanha agilidade e sincronização. Porém o tempo de avaliação para ser liberado é um pouco demorado, poderia ser mais rápido utilizando uma IA. De qualquer forma estou muito satisfeito. Super recomendo!
