I cannot get any kind of support from anyone to help me with the problem that my Facebook & Instagram Social Links on Shopify keep going to the "Manage Page" where customers can access all of my Facebook/Instagram settings etc. I have read all of the so called "advice" leads on how to stop this from happening, but it just doesn't work for me. I need to speak to an advisor at Facebook, not be offered endless confusing automated replies.
Can someone at Facebook please help me with this? (P.S. By 'help' I don't mean send me even more confusing links, I need to speak to an actual advisor!)

Stole money and close the account without reason, after thousands dollars spent to grow audience, facebook came simply and ban account without reason
PS: For facebook answer don't tell me to contact support because i did and it was useless

it's great for traffic! It really helps me convert sales to my store by using adds and other business and marketing tools
Very easy to set up. Could have a better guide to the delivery of merch. into FB but the setup was easy and smooth.
Es erleichtert vieles und ist sehr Gut bis jetzt ich hoffe es kommen mehr Futur dazu uns es wird noch besser und noch einfacher. Die Besucher können z.b in Insta direkt sehen was was kostet und gleich kaufen
This is a great platform. I use this app for connecting with customers. I encourage you to give it a go.
Constant issues of the app saying its disconnected but doesn't appear that way in settings. Managing the feed and blocking products just to be reset again is a total waste of time. They really need to fix their integration.
