I used app to sale products, its easy to used, but sales are not great how can you help me meet my goals

I used this app to connect my store to my business page on facebook. It was really helpful! It was easy to use and set up was very simple.
Worked well for about 2 weeks before the app integration disconnected Shopify. Now my Facebook, Instagram & Messenger are no longer integrated with Shopify and the app will not recognize my Meta pages. I have contacted both Shopify and FB customer support. Neither was able to help and neither followed up as promised. Meta is our largest customer referral source and we are losing money every day the integration is broken!

It sounds as though you may have been affected by a known outage on Facebook, which prevented users from logging into their Facebook accounts. It has since been resolved by their team, but I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.

Simple set up. Haven't done much with it yet but the process is simple enough to set up an ad. No bugs encountered.
I used this app to help me do something for my bisness. I realy like how it does y. It would be nice in it that z better.

As long as your Facebook page has no issues this app is so smooth it also makes suggestions for you to follow I like it so far
Hi, I'm an agency responsible for creating stores for clients, in which they want the Facebook channel setup. However, I seem to always get two version of the Facebook app, one which I get to set my checkout option on the Shopify app and the other which forces me to use shopify checkout and is a longer process (those are the screenshots you have on this listing. Facebook/Shopify team do you know why they are two versions of this app? How can I always get the latest version?

Works decent enough. Instagram appears to integrate better with Shopify than Facebook Shopping. You sync and push your catalog and it just shows up on Instagram. Facebook on the other hand has a few issues. For example one collection I have shows up on Instagram but keeps giving me error messages on the Facebook shopping side. Wish it had a simple push feature to Facebook Merchant for singular products.

It was quick and easy, I feel like anyone should be able to do it as the navigation is pretty self explanatory and does it all for you mainly.
