Having the worst time connecting my catalog to facebook and instagram. The help I have been getting has been terrible I send screenshots and video recording and they keep asking for more and more and I get nowhere.

keeps rejecting my commerce even when I have no errors and everything approved. its hard to get customer support. I was told I don't have enough followers and likes, so this is a reason of trustworthiness, but FB is willing to take my money for ads ?? how does that work?

I have seen the requirement of trustworthiness come up from my experience with other merchants. I have been suspended 1 week after the beginning of my ads just after being hacked. it is impossible to join the client service and today I have not recovered either my page for ads either my personal account. I am very worried because I have a lot of personal information and credit card on it. That's not normal for such a big company to not have a client service to help people and fix problem... Very disappointing
