I'm having problems since yesterday to configure the pixel in the Virtual Store -> Preferences -> configure Facebook (pixel), it just returns the error "Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

I like it. Thank you for app! I wish you to develop better apps. Facebook has very good support for online businesses.
It is really difficult to use the app. The goal is good but the path is painful and documentation is weak. I am sure it will get better soon.

Im just a starter in doing FB ads...and new to this, i need to learn more about how it works and updates..apologies if i cannot rate this much as i need more experience how this app works.

if you haven't done this before, i think reading the documentation PRIOR is a big big help. It's good information for someone that doesn't do this all day long. After I read everything I could, I was able to complete the setup without any issues :)

After a little hassle with multiple accounts and cookies everything worked out fine. Excellent and easy to navigate extension *like*

This will not work on a Shopify Lite plan ($9/month) which is exactly the plan we chose specifically to sell through Facebook and instagram. This channel has replace the Facebook Shop channel, which DID work on the $9 plan, but alas, that is no longer available on the app store. Good bye Shopify account, uninstalling.
