Faire: Buy Wholesale

I like Faire, but they do not do their due diligence when it comes to some of their wholesale vendors. Some wholesalers who sell on Faire sell the same products at the same price or less on other retail sites such as their own site or Amazon. When I contacted the Vendor of several of these sites and complained that their wholesale price was 20% less on their site, I was given an excuse about fees, etc. Also, some of the wholesalers carry the exact same product, utilizing the same images but using different company names. Overall, they (Faire) are good, but the above issues are difficult to deal with when as a small business I must constantly search for the best deals for my customers who are constantly comparison shopping.

Our little 7,000 square foot shop has been opened since 2017. We ran our first POS in store with Shopify online for 3 years before switching to our second POS in store with Shopify online for 1 year beforeeeee switching our POS to Shopify and our online with Shopify. Should have done it from day 1.

While kudos goes to the small number of good sales reps we have (they are few and far inbetween) 90% of our buying is done on Faire. The integration between Shopify and Faire saves us hundreds of hours a month.

Linking weights, barcode numbers, and high resolution photos takes seconds. The platform is easy to edit descriptions and titles. We would not have an online presence without Shopify and Faire. Much appreciated.

I placed my first order a few days ago, I did not received my products as yet, but I am very impressed with the items on Faire.

Integrating Faire with Shopify has been a total game-changer for us behind the scenes. It saves so much time when we're adding new products to the website—especially helpful when your online shop is just as busy as your storefront.

This integration makes importing products easy and takes several steps out of a sometimes daunting process. It is great to be able to see accurate inventory numbers right on Faire while you are shopping!

The only issue I have found was some brands call and request I remove their product from the website. If there was in opt in option for brands to be sold on other brands websites that would be very helpful.

60 day terms and integration with Shopify have made it easier to diversify my business.

As of now I have to give this app a 1 star. We appear to be missing the "card" on our setup screen to even upload new product. We have a huge drop releasing next week and at this point we cannot even upload new product. What a mess.

The inventory does not seem to sync properly from Shopify to Faire and I wish the wholesale orders from Faire would reflect in the orders section on Shopify. However - using Faire itself has been a positive app to include for those wanting to do wholesale. Faire makes the process very easy.
